Job description
We are seeking well-seasoned bartenders to join our dynamic team. If you have a passion for the craft of bartending and enjoy providing outstanding customer experience, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities
- Customer service: Put the customer first with an enthusiastic and friendly demeanor. Ensure every guest has a memorable experience.
- Bar operations: Prepare and serve a variety of drinks quickly and efficiently. Manage inventory, including re-stocking supplies, changing kegs and maintaining up-to-date stock lists. Keep the bar area clean and organized at all times.
- Compliance: Adhere to all health, safety and cleanliness standards. Follow all liquor laws and regulations.
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Skills: Knowledge of mixology, both traditional and innovative cocktails. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Certifications: Preferably holds a valid bartender’s license or certification.
- Physical demands: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift and move heavy objects like kegs.
